Q: Does this cost money?
A: No! There is no cost involved in joining or participating in mycoke.com. You just must be 13 years old to join.

Q: Why do I have to sign up for an account?
A: You need to sign up to gain access to the sweepstakes we run periodically on the site. Your email address and password can also be used to log into many other Coca-Cola Company websites.

General Questions
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: Follow the "Password Help" link on our home page, enter your email address and we will email you a link to change your password. We don't just send you your password because we want to make sure your account is secure. You will need to select a new password. And remember; don't share your password with anyone! If anyone offers to give you something in return for your login information, be careful; it's almost certainly a scam! And NEVER respond to an email that asks for any personal or account information. We will NEVER ask you for such details via email.

A: Log into your account and click on "Update My Account". You will be able to change most of your account information, including email, password and Challenge Question/Answer.

Q: How can I manage my email preferences?

Q: Why do I have to accept the Privacy Policy again?
