A. The Coca-Cola® Twist Text Win - Instant Win Game (the "Twist Text Win Game") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and Washington D.C.) who are 13 years of age and older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

A. Phase 1 of the Twist Text Win Game will begin on February 16, 2010 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and will end April 30, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET. There are three other phases that are outlined in the next question.

A. In 2010, there will be four separate game periods for the Twist Text Win Game. Here are the dates you need to know about:

Phase 1 - February 16 - April 30, 2010
Phase 2 - May 1 - June 30, 2010
Phase 3 - July 1 - August 31, 2010
Phase 4 - September 1 - December 30, 2010

A. It depends. If you enter via our Alternative Method of Entry, you will be required to register your email address in order to receive a Twist Text Win Game code email and, if you win, claim your prize. If you enter your code via text message all you need is to subscribe to a participating wireless provider and have text messaging capabilities enabled on your cell phone or device.

Once you have played via either method, you will be notified if you are a potential winner either by text message (if you entered via cell phone or other device) or by email (if you enter via the Alternate Method of Entry). If you enter via a cell phone and receive a winning message, the digital prize code will be delivered via text-message to the phone you used to play the Twist Text Win Game. If you entered online via the alternate method of entry, the digital Prize Code for the prize you receive will be delivered via email to the email address you used to register for your mycoke.com account.

If you would like to play the Twist Text Win Game without purchasing a specially marked Coca-Cola® or Coke Zero™ product or without using a cell phone or device, you may use the Alternate Method of Entry. A. You may play the Twist Text Win Game 2 times per day regardless of how you decide to play.

A. No, the Twist Text Win Game is separate from the My Coke Rewards ("MCR") loyalty program. However, you can also use the Twist Text Win Game short code to get 3 MCR points if your cell phone is linked with the MCR loyalty program.

A. It depends. If your cell phone is already registered with MCR, then you'll automatically receive 3 MCR points in your MCR account. If your phone is not linked, then you have 3 days to go online and become a member and/or link your phone. Once your phone is linked to your MCR account, 3 MCR points will be credited to your account.

A. No. Remember, only caps from specially marked packages of Coca-Cola® and Coke Zero™ will work for the Twist Text Win Game. If you want to participate in the Sprite Instant Rewards program, go to www.sprite.com for more information.

A. Every ten minutes, someone could win a $20 Cash Card, 2 Movie Passes or $20 of Live Nation® Concert Cash™ to be redeemed with your prize code at the URL disclosed in your prize message. Additionally, there may be other prizes available during each Phase of the Twist Text Win Game. Please check the Official Rules for more details.

A. Once you receive your digital prize code in your prize winning message, you will be directed to www.mycoke.com. You will be given on-screen instructions for how to register and receive your prize. Registration is free and is required in order to claim your prize.

A. Yes. For Phase 1 of the Twist Text Win Game, prize codes must be redeemed at www.mycoke.com 30 days from the date you won the prize. Please check your prize code message (either email or SMS text message) to see the date by which you must enter your prize code on mycoke.com.

A. Once your entry information has been verified, it may take up to 8-10 weeks to receive your prize, depending on what you've won.

The Live Nation™ Concert Cash® code is a "one time use only" promotional access code good toward $20-off final ticket purchase for a select concert at a participating Live Nation-owned or operated venue in the United States, based on availability under the Twist Text Win Game or $20-off select merchandise sold at the Live Nation Store.

When you use the Live Nation™ Concert Cash® code, there is no residual value. For example, if your purchase is less than $20 and you complete your check out process, there is no remaining value to use.

Once tickets are issued, they cannot be exchanged for other tickets or merchandise. Other terms and conditions may apply to tickets and venues. Tickets to a particular show are not guaranteed.

There may be additional service and parking fees charged for each ticket. Once merchandise is issued, it cannot be exchanged for tickets. Merchandise may be exchanged for other merchandise of equal or lesser value. Use of Concert Cash for merchandise is limited to merchandise purchases of up to $500. Certain exclusions apply. Codes cannot be used toward shipping charges. Concert Cash excludes fan clubs and ticket packages.
